General rules (Effective ASAP)
1. All drivers must wear proper racing gear at all times. (helmet, neck brace, race jacket, gloves, etc.) No shorts or loose clothing allowed.
2. No drugs or alcohol permitted. Violators will be removed from premises.
3. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated, and will result in disqualification. Owners and drivers are responsible for the actions of their crew members and family.
4. All karts must have visible numbers.
5. All weights must be bolted and must be double nutted or cotter keyed. Weights must be painted white. If any weights come off a kart during a race, that kart will be disqualified.
6. No profanity; no fighting allowed or hand gestures of any kind toward staff.
7. The track reserves the right to tech any engine at any time. All engine tech subject to WKA rules. (EXCEPT 6.5 Motors)
8. If a driver is disqualified or black flagged at any time, they must exit the track immediately.
9. Decisions made by the flagman or staff are final.
10. All races will attempt one "double file" start, then we will go "single file", after single file start, no caution unless kart or driver is in danger.
11. During red flag conditions all karts must line up and stop in front of the flag stand. Any kart entering after event has started will not be allowed to return to the track.
12. If you are not on the grid and ready to race when your class is released onto the track, you will miss your event. If you are on the grid and experience a problem, you will have 2 laps to enter the track, after which the race will begin and you will not be scored.
13. Anyone not crossing the scales (qualifying or main) will be disqualified. Do not leave scale area until told to do so.
14. Protesting a kart will be $75; to accept will be $25. Money must come from driver or owner only!
15. Slow down coming on and off the track! Or you will be asked to pull your kart to the grid area.
16. Track has the right to check oil, gas, plates, engine, etc. at any time in the scale area.
17. Scale area, scoring area, and flag stand are all off limits during all races.
18. No refunds at the gate.
19. In case of a rain out after which qualifying have been completed, payouts will be according to the results of qualifying.
20. Any unsportsmanlike driving will result in disqualification. (This includes blocking exception to white flag lap)
21. No racing back to the flag during a caution. Karts will be lined up by the last completed lap. Karts involved in the wreck will go to the rear of the field.
22. All drivers must attend drivers meeting or will not be allowed to race.
23. While one race is on the track, the next class must be lined up on the grid, ready to go. (Or you will get left behind)
24. Only driver allowed in scale area otherwise kart will be disqualified. (Exception all kids classes can have one adult)
25. If you run Amateur and win 4 races, you must move up to regular classes. (Exception in points events you will be allowed to remain in this class until the next season)
26. Track manager has the right to stop the race due to weather, lateness of the hour, and/or track conditions. (12:00 a.m. Curfew)
27. Motor changes after qualifying will result in being moved to the rear of the field.
28. No arguing with tech officials.
29. NO ONE over the fence at anytime your kart or who ever you’re with will be disqualified.
30. Anyone finishing a race can protest as long as you protest in order. (Example 5th place can protest 1st place he must go through 4th, 3rd and 2nd to get to 1st!)
31. No mixing classes.
32. Track reserves the right to protest and or check fuel or oil.
33. Fuel and oil can only be checked in scale area this will not be part of the teching.
34. Fuel and oil will be randomly checked.
35. One person from each party allowed in the tech room at anytime.
36. Paybacks will consist of 100% payback classes will be ½ the field. Classes considered money races will be 1/3 of the field.
37. Guidelines to follow for Friday night racing: 4:30 gates open; track opens at 6:00; Class practice by 7:30; Qualifying by 8:30 and races to follow. (Must be done by 12:00 a.m.)
38. Anyone’s return after punishment will be discussed before tracks new board members.
39. Any repeat offenders will not be tolerated!
40. Any new rules or changes to the rules will be brought before board members.

6.5 Stock Tech Rules (EFFECTIVE 02/13/09)
*Flywheel key and other potential ignition timing cheats are not allowed must remain stock.
*Carb bore, LS jet, butterfly, throttle shaft, and screw.
Spec = 615" max carb bore, .018" no go LS jet, the rest are visual comparison to known stock part.
*Combustion Chamber cc's. 27cc's of tranny fluid can't come out of the check plug.
*Valve springs will be compared to known stock springs and the intake valve seal must remain in place.
*Max intake lift will be checked at the retainer
Spec is now .245"
*Finally we will check the cam intake lobe centerline in order to identify a twisted or advanced cam. We arrived at this by taking a degree reading at .180" lift before max lift and another at .180" lift after max lift and then plugged those numbers into this lobe centerline formula:
large number + 180 - small number / 2
The centerline spec for the intake lobe is from 108° to 112° .
You may run an aftermarket filter and adaptor. Adaptor may not act as a velocity stack. Filter must filter from all areas with no open areas or holes.
You may run an aftermarket header. Header must be of continuous length, no tubes into or out of and not adjustable. Header or muffler can not extend past the rear bumper.
Governer may be removed and hole plugged.
Low oil shut down may be removed and plugged.
The on/off switch may be removed.
Any color motor just so it’s a 6.5 Clone

Stock Classes Protest or Claimant rule of $200.00
Stock Appearing

Stock appearing must remain stock on the outside. Claimant rule of $400.00
Protest Fee’s: $50.00 to protest and $20.00 to accept on stock 6.5 class!
Track reserves the right to protest!
No mixing classes!
No clutch or gear rule on any 6.5 class!
